Support Kingdom work among the OUR-people in Southeast Asia!
This past November and December, many of you participated in the opportunity to get some great Indonesian coffee and support the work that our Kingdom-partners in that part of the world are doing through establishing reading posts in villages where illiteracy is among the highest of all Southeast Asia.
Some have you have been asking about when we'd be selling coffee again .... and so here's your opportunity!
The cost per 12 oz. bag of coffee is $9.50. The deadline for this order period is March 28, 2010.
*Pick up coffee will be available at the church office or on a Sunday morning at the church after the shipment is recieved. Orders will not be mailed.
Below is a description of the coffees that you can order:
THE PERFECT BLEND: We blend together the Sulawesi Toraja 100% Arabica with the Sumatra Mandheling 100% Arabica. The result is an amazing cup of coffee that melds the flavor profiles of the two beans into a full bodied coffee with deep flavor and very light fruity/flowery undertones.
SUMATRA MANDHELING: This is a medium to light bodied coffee with fruity or acidic undertones. It is very light and smooth as well as sweet and bright. The fruity or flowery flavor is wonderful in this coffee! We take this to a medium-dark roast.
SULAWESI TORAJA: This is a full bodied coffee with earthy undertones. There are hints of dark chocolate and nutty flavors - almond, but not too sweet. We take this to a medium-dark roast that brings out lots of oils from the beans.
