The act of consecrating our children to God is a powerful and memorable moment for every parent. Since the time of the Old Testament antiquities, parents have brought their children to the altars at the tabernacle, the Temple, the synagogue, and the church to set them apart for God’s glory and service. Every father and mother, in so doing, has also dedicated themselves to be God’s instrument of blessing in their child’s life.
As a part of the Worship service on May 10 (Mother’s Day), parents will once again have the opportunity to have their children consecrated to the Lord. Pastor Todd will be holding a special “Consecration Orientation” session on Sunday, April 5 for those parents interested in dedicating their children on Mother’s Day. Please register your participation by calling or emailing the church office.
