Family
Todd has been married to his college sweetheart, Lisa, since 1988. Their two sons are Jordan and Quinn.

Educational Background
Graduated from the Huntington North High School ( Huntington , IN) in 1984. Attended and graduated from Huntington University in 1989 with a Bachelor's degree in Bible and Religion. Since the completion of his undergraduate studies, Todd has received two Masters degrees—Masters of Arts in Christian Ministry (Huntington University Graduate School of Christian Ministries, 1991) and Masters of Arts in Religion (Evangelical School of Theology, 2005) .

Life Verse
For to me to live is Christ and to die is gain (Philippians 1:21 ). Honestly, I can't think of any greater purpose to live for than what Paul identifies in this verse? Essentially, if I live for Christ here and now, I will gain more of Him in eternity. Living for anything else in my lifetime is simply a loss.

Consider it for yourself: For me to live is ____________and to die is gain/loss. Ask yourself, "When I die, will I gain more or lose all of what I am living for right now?"

Family
Married to Kristen A. D'Antonio on August 30, 1997. Derek and Kristen enjoy life with their five children Anna Mei, Noah William, Rachel Grace, Sarah Elizabeth and Leah Faith. 

Educational Background
Graduated high school in 1993 from Chambersburg Area Senior High School (Chambersburg, PA). Attended and graduated from Messiah College in 1997 with a Bachelor's degree in Sports Exercise Science. Following undergraduate, Derek received the Master of Divinity degree from Evangelical School of Theology in 2002.  

Life Verse
"I eagerly expect and hope that I will in no way be ashamed, but will have sufficient courage so that now as always Christ will be exalted in my body, whether by life or by death. For to me to live is Christ and to die is gain." (Philippians 1:20-21)

In the summer of 1996 while serving overseas in Macau with the English Learning Program, I read the autobiography of Bruce Olson in Brutchko. Through the story of his life in this book, this verse jumped out at me as the verse by which I would endeavor to live by... that in all things Christ would be exalted.
